The pride pass 2026 | terms & conditions

1. Term of validity: The Pride Pass (the "Pass") is valid exclusively from June 1st to June 30th, 2026. All benefits and promotional offers (the "Perks") expire at 23:59 on June 30th, 2026. Perks cannot be redeemed retroactively or outside of this specified term.
2. Redemption & digital authentication:
  • Usage limits: unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Partner Venue, Perks are limited to one (1) redemption per visit.
  • Transaction caps: only one (1) Pride Pass may be applied per table or transaction. Stacking multiple Passes for a single bill is strictly prohibited.
  • Authentication: redemption requires the presentation of an active digital pass within Apple Wallet or Google Wallet at the point of arrival or payment. Screenshots, photocopies, or third-party digital reproductions are invalid and will be rejected.
3. Guest policy: guest eligibility and capacity limits are determined solely by the Partner Venue. It is the responsibility of the Pass Holder to verify guest allowances for each specific Perk prior to arrival.
4. Venue operations & discretion
  • Availability: all Perks are subject to venue capacity and real-time availability. Advance reservations are mandatory for dining; guests must quote "Joyeux Bordel Pride Pass" at the time of booking.
  • Exclusions: Partner Venues reserve the right to suspend Perk redemption during private events, designated "blackout dates," or when the venue has reached maximum legal capacity.
  • Service charges: a discretionary service charge may be applied to the pre-discounted, full market value of the total bill or any gifted items.
  • Restrictions: Perks are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions or set menus.
5. Conduct & termination: The Pass is a curated privilege for the Joyeux Bordel community. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the mistreatment of Partner Venue staff or patrons. Any reported misconduct or breach of venue house rules will result in the immediate deactivation of the Pass without notice or refund.
6. Ethical intent: The Pass is intended for those who align with the values of Joyeux Bordel and the LGBTQ+ community. Joyeux Bordel reserves the right to revoke access to any individual found to be acting in a manner contrary to the spirit and intent of the initiative.
7. Refund & cancellation policy: due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to proprietary partner information, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once the Pass has been purchased or issued.
8. Calculation of Value: The advertised total value of "£1,500+ in exclusive privileges" is an estimated cumulative figure based on a single visit to each participating venue by a group of six (6) guests. This figure is calculated using the average savings provided by our hospitality partners (e.g., complimentary welcome drinks, waived cover charges, or percentage discounts on average group spend). Actual savings may vary based on group size, items ordered, and specific venue availability.
9. Statutory compliance & age restrictions: all Pass Holders must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required by Partner Venues for the redemption of any Perk involving the service of alcohol.
10. Responsible service of alcohol: Partner Venues retain the absolute right to refuse the service of alcohol in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and the Licensing Act 2003. Redemption of a Perk does not supersede a venue’s legal obligation to cease service to intoxicated patrons.
11. Amendment of Perks: Joyeux Bordel reserves the right to amend, replace, or withdraw specific Partner Perks should operational circumstances or venue partnerships change during the term.
12. Limitation of liability: Joyeux Bordel acts solely as a facilitator of these promotional offers. The Company assumes no liability for the quality of service, food safety, or physical security provided by third-party Partner Venues. Any disputes arising from the venue experience must be resolved directly with the establishment. While we take pride in our curated membership, the Venue acknowledges that Joyeux Bordel is not responsible for the individual conduct of guests. Any issues regarding payment, behaviour, or adherence to venue rules remain the responsibility of the guest and shall be handled according to the Venue’s standard operating procedures.
